Construction Project Manager – DevelopmentMinneapolis, MN | Direct Hire | $130,000–$160,000Konik is partnering with a well-respected, locally based construction firm to add a Construction Project Manager to their Development team. This role is ideal for a seasoned construction professional with design-build experience, particularly in hotels, multi-family, or healthcare projects. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with other PMs across the firm’s development projects, helping to ensure successful execution while providing hands-on support and insight into the construction process.Construction Project Manager – Development ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and execution support across multiple design-build projects, including hotels, multi-family, and healthcare facilities. Collaborate with Development and Construction teams to align project scope, schedule, and budget. Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure constructability and compliance with design intent. Assist in developing basis of design, target values, and cost estimates for new projects. Facilitate coordination with architects, engineers, contractors, and owners during the design and preconstruction phases. Participate in design reviews, site visits, and milestone meetings as needed. Support project closeout activities and lessons-learned initiatives. Construction Project Manager – Development Qualifications5+ years of experience as a construction project manager or in a similar role with hands-on design-build exposure. Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and scheduling practices. Experience with hospitality, multi-family, healthcare, or institutional construction projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software; knowledge of Procore or Bluebeam is a plus. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with a team.
