Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Petoskey, Michigan.Job Description & RequirementsSpecialty: StepdownDiscipline: RNStart Date: 06/01/2026Duration: 8 weeks36 hours per weekShift: 12 hours, daysEmployment Type: TravelJob Description:The Cardiovascular Registered Nurse uses clinical judgment skills to diagnose and treat patient responses to actual or potential health conditions. The RN is a critical member of the Cardiovascular Unit (CVU) which cares for over 4000 cardiology patients annually; procedures including PTCA, stents, TAVR, MitraClip and bi-ventricular pacemakers. Approximately 300 open heart surgery patients (18-24 hours post-op) are discharged from this unit. The CVU also specializes in the care of patients with congestive heart failure and electrophysiology studies. Our NISUS research department manages many national clinical trials using CVU.Submission Requirements:1+ year of Stepdown experience - [REQUIRED]Proficiency in Cardiac - [REQUIRED]Travel - [REQUIRED] EKG comfortability - [REQUIRED] Must be willing to float to similar units - [REQUIRED] Health system-wide profile standards:References NOT required.A skills checklist completed within one year of application for RN specialties is required. All other professions outside of Nursing are not required but preferred.Michigan license verification is required for nurses.
