We also support different Tele-commuting options based on the position that the employee is handling.Job PurposeThe primary duties of the Escrow Officer are to serve as primary point of contact for Priority’s clients while handling real estate transaction from title delivery to disbursement.Duties And ResponsibilitiesMaintains pipeline of orders placed by customers.Corresponds with clients and local vendor offices to ensure a timely closing, meeting monthly closing quotas, and monitoring closing reports to ensure service agreements are being met.Review title commitments, identify curative issues, and work to clear titlePrepare Closing Disclosure and Settlement Statements.Confirm closing dates, location, documentation, and funds due at closing with borrowers.Secure lender approval of loan closing documents.Responsible for closing documents in accordance with state requirements and client instructions.Review Work In Progress report to ensure completion.Address inquiries from clients, borrowers, agents and internal staff professionally and in a timely manner.Maintain open communication with clients, team members and team leader.All other duties assigned by management.RequirementsPosition RequirementsMinimum 2-3 Years Related Experience Required.Working knowledge of Closing Disclosures, Settlement Statements and escrow functions.Ability to resolve and identify conflict issues effectively.Understanding of the real estate transaction closing process.Ability to meet timeframes of task assignments by customer.?Sense of urgency and communicating closing requirements and timelines to multi-state facilities closing teams and Brokers.?Ability to work in a paperless environment and maintain detailed tracking information in workflow.?Effective Communication Skills both verbally and through correspondence.?SoftPro, Title Curative and REO experience a plus.
