Job Title: Assistant Community Manager In the Eugene area
Job Summary:
The Assistant Community Manager assists the Community Manager with day-to-day property management activity.
Job Responsibilities:
Comply with Fair Housing and Equal Housing Opportunities requirements
Comply with State Residential Landlord and Tenant Acts and all other governmental laws/regulations
Assist with the collection of rent and ensure timely bank deposits
Prepare lease documents. Verify compliance with lease files, accurate completion of applications, income verifications, asset verifications and other related paperwork
Respond to resident complaints and provide resolution
Accept applications, conduct property tours, track and follow up with potential residents
Code and post invoices accurately and timely
Enter resident activity into online database in an accurate and timely manner
Responsible for processing and posting notices to residents
Increase resident retention by establishing and maintaining positive, professional relationship with residents
Other duties as assigned by the Community Manager
Qualifications required:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
1 years related experience
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Previous experience in customer service and administrative tasks.
Basic bookkeeping and general mathematical principles preferred.
Proficiency in both verbal and written communication skills.
Pre-employment background check required.
LIHTC 1 year + exsperience.
Valid Driver License needed
Job Type: Full-time 38-40 hours a week
Salary: $22.00.00.00-$23.00 DOE per hour
