Marksmen Security - - Responsibilities: Supervise operations of an assigned client site on the shift; Manage a team of security officers including scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development and support; Ensure the client site is provided with high quality security services to protect people and property; Handle escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately; Maintain clear, accurate logs pertaining to people or property including packages, and coordinate preliminary investigations
