Recruiting AssistantLocation: Madison, WIPosition SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Recruiting Assistant to support our high- volume recruitment operations. This role plays a key part in supporting the sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for entry-level manufacturing and general labor positions across the United States. This role will also support in continued communication and support of associate once they’ve been onboarded.Our client specializes in national talent sourcing and high-volume placements, supporting manufacturing clients with staffing solutions that include housing and transportation for employees.You’ll be successful in this role if you have skills and experience to:Recruiting & Sourcing SupportAssist recruiters with sourcing candidates for high-volume manufacturing and general labor rolesReview applications to identify qualified candidatesConduct initial candidate outreach via phone, text, What’sApp and emailSchedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and recruitersCandidate Screening & OnboardingConduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit and availabilitySupport onboarding processes, including: Background checks and Drug screeningsEnsure candidates complete required paperwork accurately and on time (we utilize comprehensive screening and onboarding processes to ensure workforce readiness and compliance.)Administrative & Coordination SupportMaintain accurate candidate records in ATS or tracking systemsTrack candidate pipeline and hiring progressAssist with onboarding logistics, including communication around housing and transportation arrangementsSupport recruiters with reporting and documentationCandidate ExperienceProvide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring processAnswer candidate questions regarding job details, relocation, housing, and work expectationsMaintain consistent communication to improve engagement and retentionQualifications:RequiredBilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred due to diverse workforce3+ year of administrative, customer service, or recruiting support experienceStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentAttention to detail and accuracyStrong time management and follow-throughAbility to handle confidential informationTeam-oriented with a sense of urgencyAdaptability in a dynamic staffing environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)PreferredExperience in staffing, recruiting, or HR supportExperience with high-volume hiring or hourly workforcePowered by JazzHRpwrqqGZiDP
