Under the general direction of the Vice Chancellor of Administrative Services, the VCAD Chief Financial Officer (CFO)/ Business & Financial Planning Director serves as a member of the Administrative Services Division senior management team and as CFO Financial, Director, Associate, Development, Management, Administrative
