We’re looking for a Leadership Consultant to join our Account Management team, supporting senior leadership development with some of the most iconic companies in the world.About The ExCo GroupThe ExCo Group is a global leadership development and executive coaching firm that partners with CEOs, executive teams, and boards to build enterprise leadership capability. Our work is grounded in real-world experience—many of our advisors are former CEOs and senior operators—bringing practical, business-first insight to the leaders of the world’s most complex organizations.This is a high-exposure, high-learning role suited for an experienced coordinator looking to grow and expand their impact.What you’ll doAct as the “quarterback” across multiple client engagements. Manage communication and execution between clients, coaches/advisors, and key internal and external stakeholdersBuild and manage project plans, track deadlines, and drive follow-throughCreate polished, client-facing proposals, presentations, and engagement materials independently and at times in partnership with the marketing departmentPartner closely with finance on contracting and billingSpend significant time in Salesforce supporting sales and delivery teamsBring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex, matrixed work What we’re looking forProactive and self-directed, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiativeStrong project management and organizational skillsClear, confident communicator (written and verbal)High attention to detail and strong sense of urgencyComfortable juggling multiple priorities and working in ambiguityCollaborative, proactive, and eager to learnStrong pattern recognition and broad curiosity about the way our customers and clients work3–5+ years of experience in project management, account management, HR / talent and leadership development, consulting, or a related field SkillsExcel and PowerPoint requiredMicrosoft 365 proficiencySalesforce experience a plus (other CRM experience or strong willingness to learn) Why this roleDirect exposure to senior executives, former CEOs, and top business leadersWork with globally recognized organizationsHighly collaborative, energized teamReal responsibility, real growth, real client impactRole may be based in either Washington, DC or New York, NY, with a hybrid schedule (2 days per week in office) depending on location.Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
