This role is ideal for someone passionate about workforce development, compliance, and creating meaningful learning experiences that directly impact client care.What You'll DoAs our Training Manager, you will play a key role in shaping how our staff learn, grow, and deliver exceptional services.Training & DevelopmentDesign and implement engaging training programs across clinical, operational, and administrative teamsDevelop training materials including manuals, e-learning modules, and job aidsFacilitate dynamic in-person and virtual trainingsWorkforce Growth & QualityIdentify training needs and performance gaps across the organizationEvaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve programsSupport staff competency and professional development at all levelsCompliance & AccreditationEnsure all training aligns with CARF, Ohio Medicaid, and regulatory standardsMaintain audit-ready training records and documentationPartner with Compliance and Quality teams to support accreditation successProgram LeadershipManage training schedules, tracking, and completion requirementsOversee training systems and tools (including LMS platforms like Trainual)Research and implement innovative training methodsCollaborationWork closely with leadership, HR, and operations to align training with organizational goalsServe as a go-to resource for training and development across the organizationWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Behavioral Health, or related field preferred3-5 years of experience in training, learning & development, or program managementExperience in healthcare or behavioral health strongly preferredKnowledge of CARF standards and Medicaid requirements is a plusStrong presentation and facilitation skills (both in-person and virtual)Experience with e-learning and LMS platforms (Trainual preferred)Highly organized, collaborative, and adaptableWhy Join Quality Moments?Be part of a mission-driven organization making real impact in the communityWork within an innovative structure like our Excellence Hub focused on quality and supportOpportunity to shape training programs that directly improve client outcomesSupportive leadership and a culture centered on growth, connection, and purpose
