ABOUT THE ROLEOur Client is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to support Advisors and clients through financial planning preparation, account servicing, operational support, and client relationship management. This is a non-prospecting role designed for a detail-oriented financial services professional who thrives in a collaborative and client-centered environment. RESPONSIBILITIESServe as a primary point of contact for client service and account-related needsPrepare financial plans by gathering, reviewing, and organizing financial documents and information from clientsIdentify planning opportunities and assist with developing recommendationsCoordinate account setup, transfers, and financial plan implementation activitiesFacilitate a smooth and professional client onboarding experienceTrack outstanding items and follow through on action steps to support a seamless client experienceProvide ongoing service and operational support to Advisors and clientsProcess account transactions, distributions, and maintenance requests as requestedPrepare account and financial plan updates for client meetings and follow up on action items as necessaryRespond to client inquiries related to service, operations, and planningMaintain accurate client records and account information within CRM systemPerform other service-related or operational duties to assist the management team as requiredThis is a non-prospecting role QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics preferredSeries 65 license or equivalent requiredMinimum 2 years of experience as a Paraplanner within the financial services industry requiredFamiliarity with financial service concepts including investments, retirement accounts, annuities, and insuranceExperience with Advyzon or other CRM systems preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and overall comfort using technology PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience working within a Registered Investment Advisor environmentKnowledge of financial planning strategies and wealth management conceptsExperience supporting Advisors with financial plan implementation and client servicing activities DESIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIESProfessional demeanorFlexible, adaptable, and self-motivatedAttention to detail with strong organizational skills and thorough follow-upAbility to prioritize while working quickly and accuratelyEffective and concise communication skillsResourceful and proactive work style with a strong sense of ownershipPleasant attitude and approachable demeanor BENEFITSMeaningful work that positively impacts clients and familiesCollaborative and growth-oriented cultureExposure to experienced advisors and real financial planning strategyProfessional development and career growth opportunitiesCompetitive compensation and benefits package EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYEROur Client is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
