Onsite Program Delivery ManagerThis Position is Responsible for the FollowingProduce integrated program plans and supporting documentationAnalyze program and project data monitor and report on the health of the project for schedule scope budget risks and resourcesPrepare and present executive level presentations and communicationsLead a cross-functional cross-BU team of project managers for the assigned strategic initiatives which may include leading some component projects associated within the program as necessarySupport the Program teams in solving issues and mitigating risks with effective strategies and collaborationPerform analysis on results and use data to derive conclusions Communicate analysis to key stakeholders using a clear approach and recommendation of valid solutionsSupport the business by sharing best practices tips tricks templates and lessons learnedMentor to junior level team members as to the proper use of tools compliance and project management as a practiceRepresent the Strategic Initiatives in broader program management community discussions and collaborative groupsExperience and EducationBachelors Degree in Business or a related disciplinePMP preferred12 years of management consulting and or project and program management experience in a high growth complex environmentExperience independently leading project teams through the project lifecycleExperience working with Senior Leaders and Executive Program sponsorsDemonstrated record of delivering strong business resultsDemonstrated experience of indirect influential leadership managing others without having direct ownership of the teamSkills and AbilitiesStrong communication skills written and oralAn ability to build relationships in all levels of the organization
