You will make a difference in the lives of residents by planning and executing engaging activities.Responsibilities:Assisting with the planning and implementation of resident activities, to include calendar development, budgeting, coordinating with outside organizations, setup, and cleanupHelping to ensure activities meet the needs and preferences of residentsBeing willing to provide oversight of a specific life enrichment component (e.g. Memory Care, specific activity, etc.) as assignedCoordinating the transportation of residents to and from outside events to include driving company vehicle when neededCommunicating effectively with residents and staffAdhering to company policies, procedures and safety guidelinesBonus opportunities:Employee referralsEmployee of the month/yearResident tour (move-in)Why we should be your "home away from home":Work environment: Our focus is to maximize the potential of every life we touch.
