Job Description Our organization is in search of a full-time (1.0 FTE) Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to become a part of our Anesthesia Services Team in Grand Rapids, Michigan.Practice Highlights:The facility is recognized as a Level 2 trauma center, featuring 16 operating rooms, 4 endoscopy suites, 2 OB operating rooms, and 5 NORA sites.We handle a diverse range of cases, from general procedures to complex surgeries, including kidney transplants, thoracic, orthopedic (including trauma), bariatric, podiatric, gynecological, neurological, ETCs, MRI/CT, heart and vascular, obstetrics, and regional blocks.The work schedule consists of a variety of shifts, including 8, 10, 12, 16, and 24-hour options.Join a professional, confident, and approachable team of healthcare providers.Shared on-call responsibilities approximately one weekend every quarter and one weekday every six weeks.Qualifications:Applicants must hold board certification in their specialty prior to starting employment.A valid license to practice in the state of Michigan is required.Possession of a DEA license is necessary.Current ACLS and BLS certifications are mandatory.This is a fantastic opportunity for the right CRNA to join our organization.Recruitment Package:As a member of our team, you can expect the following benefits:Attractive salary of $124.28 per hour.A sign-on bonus of $30,000 (for positions of 0.5 FTE or more).Assistance with relocation expenses.Comprehensive full-time benefits package.Malpractice insurance with tail coverage.Support for CME funds, licensure, and professional memberships.403(b) retirement plan with employer contributions and matching.
