In this position, you will help customers navigate available services, provide clear information, and support outreach tied to active marketing initiatives. Role Responsibilities as a Customer Success Advisor: Interact directly with customers as a Customer Success Advisor. Provide accurate information and guide customers through available service options. Support daily outreach connected to marketing campaigns. Address customers' questions and concerns with a solution focused mindset. Maintain accurate records of customers interactions and outcomes. Works with team members to strengthen overall marketing performance. Deliver a consistent and professional experience in every interaction as a Customer Success Advisor.
