Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Installation Technician based in the Crestview-Fort Walton Beach-Destin area. The technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing cooling, heating, and refrigeration systems. Additional tasks include performing system diagnostics, troubleshooting technical issues, installing cabling, and ensuring quality work that meets safety standards. The role also requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction through direct interaction with clients. Qualifications Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues to ensure effective solutionsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to address and meet client needsAbility to perform Cabling and technical installations with precisionCommitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction and delivering quality resultsBasic understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systemsRelevant certification or vocational training in HVAC or a related field is a plusPhysical ability to work in various environments and lift equipment as neededValid driver’s license with a clean driving record
