The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to providing exceptional support in a fast-paced office environment. The role includes assisting with payment processing, maintaining accurate records, supporting sales activities, and providing customer service.ResponsibilitiesAssist in daily office management tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.Offer customer support through effective communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring a positive experience for clients.Manage calendars, schedule appointments or bookings, and coordinate meetings to optimize time management for the team.Provide updates to sales staff and customers regarding purchase orders, invoices, and shipment status.Support the sales team by contacting potential customers and helping track lead activity.Utilize Google Workspace, Outlook, SAP tools for document creation, spreadsheets, invoice tracking, and presentations.RequirementsStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and team members.An associate degree is preferred, or at least two years of relevant administrative or customer service experience is encouraged.Reliable and punctual, with a strong sense of accountability; this is a fully on-site position and remote work is not an option.Highly organized, with strong follow-up habits and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook on a daily basis, and willing to learn internal systems, including SAP.Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not a requirement.We look forward to welcoming a dedicated Administrative Assistant who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to our team's success!
