Job Title: Cath Lab Tech Location: Hackensack, NJ 07601 & Pompton Plains, NJ 07444 Duration: 3 Months Contract (High possibilities of Extension) Schedule: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM. 4x10s. No Weekends. No On-Call Pay Range: $75 - $80/hr. on W2 Highly Negotiable Pay Rate Note: STIPEND IS ALSO PROVIDED TO THE CANDIDATE LIVING MORE THAN 50 MILES FROM THE FACILITY REFERRAL BONUS ON EACH SUCCESFUL REFERRAL Job Summary: Prepare and prep for cardiac caths, PCI (STEMI) and other procedures such as peripheral vascular, pacemaker, interventional radiology procedures, etc. Able to monitor, document and calculate hemodynamic data. Provide procedural assistance to physician, pre, intra and post procedure Assess and manage access site and inform physician. Adhere to on call protocol for Cath lab. Prepare patient for procedures. Education: High School Diploma or GED required Skills & Licenses: Licensed Radiologic Technologist Proficient in Cardiac Cath. CCL Scrub experience required. Peripheral/neuro experience would be a plus but not required. Must have 2 years prior experience in a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory or invasive procedure area in an acute care hospital. 6-12 months during CVT accredited program or 2 years in another cardiac vascular laboratory. Familiarity with computers, hemodynamic monitoring and sterile operative techniques. #IRI-MT Pay: $75.00 - $80.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Work Location: In person
