Wait Staff PositionWe are seeking a dedicated and vibrant wait staff to join our company. This position is for EVENING/DINNER shift. You should be able to work quickly, answer customer queries and take and deliver orders. You should possess a polite and charismatic character.Wait Staff Responsibilities Are:Providing customers with menusFocusing on guests during service hoursGreeting guests and presenting menusMaking suggestions based on guest preferencesTaking and serving food/drinks ordersArranging table settingsKeeping tables clean and tidy at all timesDelivering checks and collecting paymentsCooperating and communicating with all serving and kitchen staffAdhering to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelinesWait Staff Requirements Are:Experience as a wait staff/serverGood charismatic characterCustomer friendlyAble to take and deliver orders efficiently/quicklyGood problem-solving skills** Must be able to help with banquet events when needed** Must have the ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
