We believe in supporting one another, celebrating wins big and small, and creating a workplace where kindness and compassion thrive.Essential Job Functions:Lead, train, and supervise Medical Assistants across assigned clinicsDevelop and implement standardized MA onboarding and training programsConduct skills validation and competency assessments for new and existing MAsProvide ongoing coaching, retraining, and performance feedbackAudit MA workflows, documentation, and clinical accuracyEnsure compliance with clinical protocols, policies, and quality standardsAssist in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding MA candidatesImplement pre-hire skills testing and evaluate candidate competencySupport clinic operations including rooming patients, vitals, injections, and procedures as neededEnsure proper documentation in EMR (accurate, complete, and compliant)Collaborate with leadership on process improvement initiatives Monitor and enforce infection control and patient safety standardsServe as a resource for clinical staff and escalate issues appropriatelyMarginal Job Functions:Assist with inventory oversight and supply managementSupport special projects and clinical initiativesParticipate in meetings and training development sessionsEducation & Experience:High School Diploma or equivalent requiredCertified Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) requiredMinimum 3–5 years of clinical experience in a medical office settingMinimum 1–2 years of leadership, training, or supervisory experience requiredExperience in multi-site or high-volume clinical environments preferredSkills & Competencies:Strong leadership and team management skillsProven ability to train, mentor, and develop staffAdvanced clinical skills including: Injections (IM, SQ) Manual blood pressure Patient intake and vitals Phlebotomy (preferred)Strong knowledge of medical terminologyExcellent patient communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in EMR systems (eClinicalWorks preferred but not required)Strong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to audit workflows and ensure complianceHigh attention to detail and accountabilityCertifications / Licenses:CMA (AAMA), RMA, or equivalent certification requiredLVN license (if applicable)BLS/CPR Certification requiredOther Requirements:Ability to travel between clinic locations as neededFlexibility to support training schedules and operational needsCommitment to maintaining high clinical and operational standardsWork Environment:Clinical office setting Fast-paced, multi-provider environmentFrequent interaction with patients, providers, and staffMay require travel between multiple clinic locations
