Core Technical Requirements
Strong experience with Java backend development.
Experience with Angular for frontend development.
Proficiency in SQL and Oracle databases.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar).
Hands-on experience with:
Application resiliency
Vulnerability management
End-of-life software management
CI/CD pipelines
Ability to work independently, take ownership of development tasks, and deliver high-quality solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Snowflake.
Cloud deployment experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred).
Knowledge of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) systems or financial services.
Familiarity with data platforms and data lake environments.
Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and enhance a portfolio of existing enterprise applications.
Design, develop, and support new Java-based applications to replace legacy systems.
Develop across both backend (Java) and frontend (Angular).
Gather and analyze business and technical requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT), deployments, and production go-live activities.
Maintain and support multiple applications (currently supporting six applications).
Effectively manage multiple priorities and concurrent development efforts.
