Name Cecil County, MD 3 ddress 200 Chesapeake Blvd. City Name Elkton State Name MD-Maryland Zip Code 21921 If others (Address) 4 5 Duration of the project Project Start Date Jan-26 Project End Date Jun-31 6 No. of Openings 1 No. of Maximum Submissions 1 7 Job Description • Review incoming task order requirements and coordinate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure complete understanding of client needs. • Collaborate with client representatives and internal Abacus teams to ensure accurate fulfillment of staffing requests and adherence to contract requirements. • Manage daily staffing operations, including candidate submittals, interview coordination, onboarding, and timekeeping compliance. • Oversee end-to-end staffing processes to maintain high quality and timely response to all client requisitions. • Build and maintain professional relationships with client departments, ensuring reliable and consistent service delivery. • Coordinate with recruiting teams to identify qualified candidates and sustain a proactive pipeline for recurring or critical positions. • Ensure acknowledgment of job orders within required response timelines and confirm fulfillment progress regularly. • Address personnel issues promptly in collaboration with HR, compliance, and payroll teams to ensure smooth workforce management. • Develop and implement efficient administrative and operational processes to ensure seamless execution and accurate reporting of all assignments. • Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on staffing activity, employment statistics, and performance metrics. • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as fill rate, retention, and client satisfaction, identifying trends and recommending process improvements. • Participate in continuous improvement and quality assurance efforts to enhance service efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction. • Maintain compliance with all contractual, employment, and safety requirements under applicable laws and organizational standards. 8 Skill set info • 8+ years of progressive experience managing or coordinating staffing operations for government, transportation, or large-scale public-sector clients. • Strong understanding of contract execution, reporting, and compliance processes. • Proven ability to coordinate multiple client accounts and manage high volumes of requisitions under strict timelines. • Expertise in the full staffing lifecycle - requisition intake, sourcing, vetting, onboarding, and employee management. • Experience tracking and analyzing performance data, with focus on metrics like time-to-fill, retention, and attendance compliance. • Excellent communication, organization, and client service skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. • Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor standards, including FLSA, EEO, ACA, and background screening requirements. • Proficient with applicant tracking systems (e.g., JobDiva, Bullhorn) and productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Skilled in handling high-pressure, deadline-driven environments with professionalism and attention to detail. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and client satisfaction. 9 Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related discipline. 10 Certifications (if required) Preferred: SHRM-CP, PHR, or PMP Certification. 11 Documentation Required for submission Resume 12 Work Hours General 13 14 Work authorization required US Citizen & GC 15 Relocation is accepted No 16 Remote work No 17 dditional Notes if any By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
