Systems Analyst

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role Lead solution design and delivery, defining scope and solution options Partner with project teams on estimates/timelines, and apply Agile/Scrum and Lean techniques Configure and validate solutions, performing application configuration (attributes, workflows, UI changes) Build/execute test plans and validate results (including complex queries and operational reporting) Own production support and stability, providing 24x7 support for critical systems Lead root-cause analysis and trend insights, coordinating cross-team/vendor resolutionWhat You'll Need 7–10+ years of relevant experience in systems analysis, solution design, and IT operations Strong capability in requirements analysis, solution design, and configuration/integration points for relevant applications/platforms Working knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and service-oriented architecture (SOA) concepts Experience leading complex initiatives and multiple tracks of work Experience driving process re-engineering/Lean improvements and user-centric design practices Experience leading data conversion and advanced query/reporting for operational insightsWhat's On Offer Opportunity to deliver and sustain technology and process solutions Impact strategic initiatives and operational improvements Collaborate across IT and business teamsApply via Haystack today!
