Assembly Operator

As an Assembly Operator, you will assemble components, operate machinery, and ensure the production of high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What We Offer:Pay of $17.00 - $22.95 based on experience$1 shift differentialSecond Shift | 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (weekend overtime may be required)Third Shift | 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (weekend overtime may be required)This is a temp-to-hire or direct-hire opportunity based on experienceOn-the-job training and cross-training opportunitiesComprehensive safety programs and required PPEWhat We're Looking For:High school diploma or GED6 months to 2 years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferredExperience in a fast-paced industrial or lean manufacturing environmentSolid work history in a similar roleBasic computer skills and ability to perform SAP entriesStrong attention to detail, safety awareness, and ability to follow instructionsPhysical ability to lift up to 35 lbs., stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasksStrong teamwork, decision-making, and communication skillsWhat You'll Do as an Assembly Operator:Assemble small components according to job aids and work instructionsLoad, unload, and operate assembly machines and equipment safelyVisually inspect components and finished products for quality standardsUse handheld gauges and work with automatic transmission fluidFollow all standard work procedures and safety protocolsMaintain clean and organized work areas (5S/housekeeping)Perform SAP transactions as neededCommunicate with team leads and support continuous improvementRotate across multiple positions within the assembly department as requiredWear required PPE and maintain compliance with health and safety guidelines
