Job Description Job Summary: Responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function. Collaborates with healthcare teams to deliver patient-centered care in various clinical settings. Responsibilities:Assess patients' physical conditions and develop personalized therapy plans.Administer physical therapy interventions to promote recovery and enhance mobility.Educate patients and families on exercises and strategies to maintain progress.Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Qualifications:Hold a valid state or national license as a Physical Therapist.Possess a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.Exhibit excellent communication and patient education abilities.Maintain current CPR and professional certifications.
