Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Controller based in Eden Prairie, MN. The Controller will oversee financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, process improvements, and audit compliance. Key responsibilities include managing cash flow, preparing financial forecasts, overseeing general ledger activities, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role will also involve supervising accounting staff, establishing internal controls, and collaborating with executive leadership to provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. Qualifications Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow managementProficiency in accounting fundamentals, such as general ledger activities, audit compliance, and tax preparationExperience with process improvements, internal controls, and financial system implementationsProficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of spreadsheet toolsExcellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsStrong leadership and team management abilitiesEffective communication skills for collaboration with executive leaders and stakeholdersBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferredRelevant experience in the food, CPG, manufacturing, or professional services industries is a plus
