Earn $19.90/hr. + Daily Pay + Overtime + $100 Referral BonusesAdecco is seeking Machine Operators for exciting roles at a local client in Zeeland, MI. Weekly pay starts at $19.90 per hour.Responsibilities:Load and unload wood or laminate materials into production machines for cutting, drilling, and edge finishingInput and verify machine programs using provided work instructionsInterpret instructions to ensure accurate machine setup and operationLoad wood or laminate onto machine beds safelyOversee machine operations to produce components cut to specificationRemove finished products and scrap, and prepare equipment for subsequent runsMaintain cleanliness of machine beds and work areas on both loading and unloading sidesRequirements:1+ years' related work experienceWorking knowledge of machine operation and basic programmingExperience using hand tools in a production or manufacturing environmentAbility to read and interpret technical instructions and schematicsProficient in measuring and inspecting parts to ensure quality standardsMust be able to follow verbal and written instructionsAbility to stand for an entire shift and walk around manufacturing areasAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Availability to work required overtimeAvailable Schedule:3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Pay Details: $19.90 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
