Team EnvironmentCommunicate appropriately with fellow team members, treating others fairly and with respect. Respond positively to feedback and direction given. Hold yourself accountable for your responsibilities on your shift. Adhere to schedule and arrive ready to work on time.
Operations Excellence for Guest SatisfactionHold guests as highest priority and ensure each guest is highly satisfied with his/her experience. Respond to specific guest needs and resolve problems with a sense of urgency. Adhere to Brand standards and systems, delivering quality food and beverage to each guest. Maintain a clean and neat workstation; complete thorough cleaning of guest areas as directed. Complete all required training and support the training of other team members.
What You'll Do:As a Shift Leader, you'll be the go-to person during your shift, helping to:
Lead by example and support your team in delivering top-notch guest service
Keep operations running smoothly - prepping food, managing inventory, or handling cash
Train and coach crew members to be their best
Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and welcoming by upholding all Food Safety, Brand, and Network standards
Step in for the manager when needed, help make key decisions
What You Bring to the Table:Previous experience in food service or retail (leadership experience is a plus!)
A positive attitude and strong communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure
Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
A team-first mindset and a passion for great coffee and customer service
Must be at least 18 years of age
You're fluent in English and eligible to work in the U.S.
