Senior Project Manager

To be considered for this role, you must hold a BSCE degree and either possess an Arizona Professional Civil Engineer registration or be eligible to secure one via reciprocity. We require at least fifteen years of professional background in commercial and residential land development, alongside a decade of experience leading and overseeing engineers, designers, and support personnel. Facilitating high-level engagement with clients and municipal authorities. Take ownership of design team strategy and planning to ensure project goals are achieved through independent goal-setting. Your technical expertise must include: Conducting site evaluations and executing engineering design analyses. Developing and navigating the approval process for improvement plans for private development initiatives. Improving project outcomes by performing constructability assessments and verifying site construction compliance. Providing comprehensive support throughout the construction phase. Proficiency in Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD/Civil 3D software.
