AssemblerLocation: Mayville, WI 53050 Pay Rate: $20.82 $21.82/hr, paid weekly Available Shifts: 1st Shift (6:00 AM 2:30 PM) Monday Friday 2nd Shift (4:30PM -- 1:00 PM) Monday - Friday MUST TRAIN ON 1st shift for probationary period (60 days) Number of Openings: 4 on 1st shift // 2 on 2nd shift Employment Type: Right-to-Hire (RTH)Job OverviewAs an Assembler, you will be responsible for fitting together manufactured and purchased parts into sub-assemblies or complete mechanical and electrical products. This is a Right-to-Hire opportunity where you will have the chance to acquire the skills necessary to advance into higher-level assembly classifications.Key ResponsibilitiesFit together manufactured and purchased parts into mechanical and electrical sub-assemblies or finished products.Read and understand blueprints and routings to produce parts that meet specific engineering requirements.Take full responsibility for the quality of produced assemblies; perform "first piece" and subsequent inspections to ensure overall standards are met.Operate specialized assembly equipment including rivet machines, assembly presses, and various power tools.Perform routine maintenance of equipment, follow all machine guarding rules, and keep the work area clean and organized.Maintain simple and accurate reports regarding daily productivity, quality, and safety metrics.Qualifications & RequirementsAbility to follow work order instructions and prepare production reports.Sufficient manual dexterity to operate tools and equipment properly.Visual acuity (corrected) to read instructions and inspect small parts.Ability to perform work requiring frequent standing, sitting, and bending.Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 30 lbs. frequently.All required tools to perform the job functions will be provided by the site.Incentive & Training Notes$1,000 total incentive paid out over 12 months ($200 at 3 months, $400 at 6 months, and $400 at 12 months), provided the employee has no active disciplines or write-ups during those quarters.Candidates start as temps and are typically eligible for conversion to permanent hire on day 61.Candidates will not be eligible for OT until they successfully pass their 60-day probation and are converted to permanent status.Benefits: Health insurance Health savings account Dental insurance Vision insurance Flexible spending accounts Life insurance Retirement plan All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran. #IND0426
