Program Dates: Start: June 4, 2026 End: August 14, 2026 Program SummaryThe FirstBank Internship Program is designed to immerse students in the financial industry through hands-on experience, exposure to real-world projects, and meaningful interaction with professionals across the organization. Participants gain insight into FirstBank’s operations, develop career clarity, and contribute to special assignments that support organizational goals.Available Internship Opportunities√ Interns may be placed in one of several key business areas based on interest, academic background, and organizational needs:√ Corporate Banking — Relationship management, credit analysis, portfolio support√ Commercial Banking — Lending support, client engagement, financial analysis√ Retail Banking — Branch operations, customer experience, sales support√ Operations — Process optimization, risk management, workflow improvement√ Technology / IT — Systems support, data analysis, digital solutions, innovation projects√ Other Business Units — Additional placements may be available depending on departmental needsCore Competencies√ Proven leadership potential√ Ability to operate effectively in a corporate environment√ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills√ Team‑oriented mindsetMinimum Requirements√ To be eligible for the program, candidates must meet the following criteria:√ Must be enrolled as a full‑time undergraduate student or be a recent graduate.√ Must have completed at least two years of college by the start of the internship√ Must hold a minimum GPA of 3.00.√ Must be able to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.√ Must be available from late May through Mid-August.Work Expectations√ Real‑working experience within FirstBank departments√ Special assignments and project‑based learning√ Professional development and mentorship opportunitiesEqual Employment Opportunity
