Top Secret Java Developer (SCI and CI POLY Eligible)

Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using Java, JavaScript, XQuery, Python, HTML, SQL, and other approved languages.Translate business and technical requirements into system designs and production-ready software.Debug, optimize, and enhance software to improve performance and efficiency.Develop system and application specifications.Provide technical guidance to developers to meet delivery deadlines.Collaborate with engineers and programmers to design, integrate, and test software components.Support development of reusable tools and subsystems.Accurately capture and communicate customer requirements.Required Qualifications6+ years of relevant software development experience.Experience working in fast-paced operational environments.Strong background in system design, large-scale databases, and complex application development.Preferred QualificationsExperience with AWS and NoSQL databases.Certified MarkLogic Developer (or obtain within 3 months) or equivalent NoSQL certification.Cloudera CCDH certification.Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Developer.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
