This role oversees the technical direction of a platform responsible for managing user preferences, such as device registration, communication settings, and language options within a centralized service framework. The platform integrates with enterprise systems to ensure accurate, secure, and personalized communication delivery across digital channels. Key ResponsibilitiesLead design and development of scalable software solutions and platform services.Provide architectural guidance, code reviews, and technical mentorship.Collaborate with product, engineering, and cross‑functional teams to align on technical strategy.Contribute hands on to backend development, API design, cloud architecture, and integration.Drive engineering best practices, documentation, performance improvements, and platform reliability.Required Skills10+ years of experience with C# / .NETExperience with Kong API Management (APIM)Strong AWS Cloud experienceExpertise in API development, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud‑native design.Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.PreferredFamiliarity with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, containerization, or event-driven patterns.Cloud or technical certifications.Healthcare industry domain experience.
