Job Description OBGYN Hospitalist Position in Orlando, Florida - $50K Sign-On Bonus AvailableOur organization is looking for both full-time and part-time OB/GYN Hospitalists to become part of a nationally acclaimed team at Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies, a leading facility for women's health located in downtown Orlando.In this role, physicians will deliver comprehensive obstetric and gynecological services, primarily focusing on Labor & Delivery, Postpartum care, OB/GYN Triage, and urgent GYN surgeries. The program also extends its coverage to Orlando Health South Lake Hospital and Orlando Health Lake Mary Hospital.Why You Will Enjoy This PositionFull-time physicians are expected to complete 14 clinical 12-hour shifts each month, which includes 12-hour shifts at Winnie Palmer and 24-hour shifts at South Lake and Lake Mary (each 24-hour shift is counted as two shifts).No on-call duties; opportunities to take on extra shifts are available.Work in a collaborative environment with 24/7 OB Anesthesia, in-house Neonatology (featuring a 142-bed Level IV NICU), APP support, and multiple OB attendings present on-site.Access to extensive subspecialty support, including Maternal Fetal Medicine, Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery, UroGynecology, Gynecologic Oncology, Breast Medical and Surgical Oncology, and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.Compensation & BenefitsStarting base salary of $380,000.$50,000 sign-on bonus along with annual performance and retention bonuses.Comprehensive benefits package, malpractice insurance, retirement plan with matching contributions, and paid continuing medical education (CME).Coverage for Florida medical license, DEA, NICA, and ACOG membership.Enjoy the advantage of no state income tax in Florida.QualificationsMust possess an MD or DO degree.Board Certified or Board Eligible (certification required within three years) by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.About Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and BabiesWinnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies, part of our Women's Institute, has been dedicated to addressing the unique healthcare needs of women and newborns since its establishment in downtown Orlando in 2006.
