Supervises, develops and maintains ongoing maintenance operation for hotel, including refrigeration, heating, plumbing, water treatment, preventive maintenance, hotel rooms, HVAC units, ice machines, pools, lighting, kitchen equipment, emergency generators, water softeners, switch rooms, roof exhausts, electrical substations, etc.Minimum Education/Relevant Work Qualifications4 years hands on experience in commercial property and/or residential maintenance operations requiredPrevious HVAC Experience RequiredPrevious pool operator experience desired but not required2-year relevant degree from an accredited institution desiredEssential Functions & ResponsibilitesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
