Since opening the boutique in February 2007, Founder and CEO, Stacy Smallwood has been responsible for curating Hampden's exceptional offering and exclusive collaborations, providing unprecedented client service and hospitality to her loyal customers across the world.About YouYou are a skilled videographer with a sharp creative eye and the technical expertise to bring concepts to life across multiple channels. You're comfortable shooting both on set and on location, with a strong command of lighting, sound, and all aspects of production. Just as confident in the editing suite as you are behind the camera, you know how to manage post-production workflows efficiently to deliver polished content on time and in the right formats for every platform. Detail-oriented and organized, you take pride in getting the technical side right while still keeping storytelling at the center of your work. Above all, you're collaborative, communicative, and excited to contribute to elevated, engaging content that captures Hampden's point of view.About The RoleWe're seeking a creative and technically skilled Videographer on a project basis to capture editorial and behind-the-scenes content for Hampden. In this role, you'll produce and edit compelling video across multiple formats and channels, helping bring our seasonal campaigns and brand stories to life. From setting up shoots and managing equipment to delivering polished, platform-ready edits, you'll play a key role in showcasing Hampden's elevated-yet-approachable aesthetic through motion.Responsibilities include:Produce and film video for editorial and behind the scenes content during seasonal shoots, both on set and on location, including editing for final delivery based on channelSet up and utilize lighting and sound equipment and depending on location and specific video needsExport videos in multiple ratios depending on needs for organic and paid channels including file delivery to internal and external partners, and asset managementManage post-production workflow to ensure deliverables are received on timeQualifications & Experience2+ years of experienceStrong editing skills with advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar software)Understanding best practices for studio and location lightingDeep technical understanding of video production workflows, file management, and export best practicesExcellent communication skills and passion for storytellingUnderstanding of specific file types and needs for digital marketing assetsCompensationPay ranges from $375 to $900 depending on the scope of the project.
