Executive Producer, Wargaming

A company is looking for an Executive Producer: Wargaming & Simulations. Key Responsibilities Architect the operating system for government programs to ensure predictable execution and mission-critical outcomes Collaborate with engineering, product, and creative leadership to form and execute a unified vision Lead and build teams while managing complex, multi-stakeholder client programs at the executive level Required Qualifications 8-12+ years of program management experience in software development 3+ years leading multi-million dollar programs in U.S. federal or defense environments Active or prior U.S. security clearance (or eligibility) U.S. Citizenship is mandatory due to federal contract requirements
