You'll guide customers through maintenance and repair decisions, review warranties and coverage options, and help maintain our reputation for trusted automotive care.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping others, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.Who You Are:A skilled communicator who builds trust and rapport quicklyOrganized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up abilitiesMotivated to meet and exceed productivity and customer satisfaction goalsCalm and positive under pressure you turn challenges into opportunitiesPassionate about educating customers on vehicle maintenance and safetyExperienced in automotive service (2+ years in a dealership environment)Essential Responsibilities:Greet each customer promptly and courteously; set a professional and welcoming toneListen to customer concerns and document them clearly on repair ordersReview warranty and service contract coverage and explain repair recommendationsProvide accurate cost and time estimates before work beginsKeep customers informed on repair progress and contact them promptly with updatesAdvise customers of additional maintenance needs in a transparent, professional mannerSchedule appointments, coordinate with technicians, and manage repair order flowInterpret warranty information and handle related claims appropriatelyAssist the Service Manager as needed and follow all company policies and safety proceduresRequirements:Minimum 18 years of ageAt least 2 years of automotive dealership experience in a service advisor or similar roleValid driver's license and a clean driving recordAbility to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screeningAuthorized to work in the United StatesWho We Are:Vista Nissan, part of the Summit Automotive Partners family, operates on a foundation of Humility, Integrity, and Passion.
