With a commitment to fostering a love for music, we offer a comprehensive range of lessons and instructional programs to help aspiring musicians of all levels achieve their musical goals.As the Regional Lessons Business Partner, you will provide strategic leadership and performance oversight for a defined region of Guitar Center lessons programs. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Music Education, this role is responsible for leading and developing a team of four Lessons Lead Area Specialists, ensuring consistent execution of instructional standards, student growth initiatives, and operational excellence across assigned districts.The Regional Lessons Business Partner partners closely with the Regional Vice President, District Managers, Store Managers, and cross-functional teams to drive student growth, retention, instructional quality, and program profitability through structured field leadership and accountability.Job ResponsibilitiesLeadership and Team Management:Directly manage and develop a team of four Lessons Lead Area SpecialistsEstablish clear performance expectations, conduct regular one-on-ones and provide coaching in alignment with program performance goalsEvaluate Area Specialist performance, set regional performance expectations and drive accountability for student growth, instructional quality and execution standards across assigned districtsRecruitment and Staffing:Ensure Area Specialists are effectively partnering with district and store leadership to maintain talent pipelines and instructional qualityProvide oversight and guidance to ensure appropriate staffing levels and hiring standards are consistently appliedTraining and Development Oversight:Establish regional priorities for training and professional developmentEnsure Area Specialists are effectively delivering training and reinforcement of instructional and service standardsMonitor effectiveness of training initiatives and adjust based on performance dataQuality Assurance:Define and reinforce instructional quality standards across the regionEnsure consistent execution of evaluation and observation processes by Area SpecialistsAnalyze student feedback and performance trends to identify systemic improvement opportunitiesProgram Optimization:Analyze regional performance data to identify trends, risks and growth opportunitiesPartner with cross-functional leadership to improve scheduling efficiency, instructor utilization and curriculum executionDrive alignment between regional performance objectives and company-wide education strategyOwn regional lessons performance outcomes, setting strategy and accountability for student growth, retention, instructional quality and program profitabilityProvide regular reporting and strategic recommendations to the VP of Music EducationCustomer Service Excellence:Monitor customer experience metrics across the region and ensure corrective action plans are executed by Area Specialists and local leadership.Champion a customer-centric approach across the region, prioritizing exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
