Lead Software Engineer, Engine Systems
Overview
As Lead Engine Systems Engineer, you guide a core engineering group to advance Diablo’s engine technologies, including streaming, asset loading, and runtime systems across platforms. You partner with leadership and cross-disciplinary teams to set priorities, mitigate risks, and shape the roadmap for a scalable, performant engine. You balance hands-on coding with team mentorship to empower designers, artists, and gameplay engineers. This role offers hybrid work with on-site options at Irvine or Albany, and a chance to influence a beloved AAA franchise.
