The Warehouse Operations Specialist provides decision support, business forecasting, and operational planning, ongoing business modeling, and analysis with a focus on supporting provider operations. The Specialist acts as a business partner to Network Operations, Provider Relations Representatives, Retail Relationship Coordinators, Inventory & Merchandising, and the Manager of Provider Engagement.Where you will have an impactProvide day-to-day departmental operational support, working closely with the VP of Supply Chain Management, Strategic Delivery Manager Supply Chain, Provider Engagement Manager, and the Inventory & Merchandising departmentPrepare required operational reports on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual basisPrepare ad-hoc operational, inventory modeling, analysis, and expense report monitoringInterpret results using a variety of techniques, including simple data aggregation via statistical analysisAssist others on ad hoc analysis projectsAnswer Versant Health managed care questions and/or direct the provider’s questions to the appropriate party; Manage responses and resolve issuesDetermine and monitor the amount of outgoing monthly frame collections and safety collections with monthly tracking responsibility and usage reportingManage tower collection process both outbound and returnsImport, clean, transform, validate, and/or model data with the purpose of data for decision making purposes; Present data in charts, graphs, and tablesPerform hands on operational tasks related to tower related kit builds and shipments of the Exclusive Collection to network of providersCollaborate with external vendors to ensure success of various programs and initiativesPerform additional duties as assigned What’s necessary to do the job? 3-5 years of experience working in a fast-paced, professional work environment required1 year of related experience requiredBachelor’s degree preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office applications requiredExperience in the insurance, health, or vision care industry preferredHIPAA & Security RequirementsAll Associates must comply with the Health Insurance Portability Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) as it pertains to disclosures of protected health information (PHI) as described in the Notice of Privacy Practices and HIPAA Privacy Policies and Procedures. The expected hourly pay range for this position is $[MIN] – $[MAX] per hour, based on factors such as experience, skills, and role requirements.
