Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales Representative, based in Denver, NC, with some flexibility for remote work. The role involves managing customer accounts, developing relationships, and generating sales opportunities. Responsibilities include lead generation, responding to customer inquiries, providing exceptional service, and ensuring satisfaction. The Inside Sales Representative will also contribute to account management tasks aimed at achieving consistent growth and meeting company objectives. Qualifications Proficiency in Inside Sales and Account Management to drive revenue growth and maintain customer relationshipsStrong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to effectively address client needs and foster loyaltyExperience with Lead Generation to identify and develop new business opportunitiesExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with team membersProficiency with CRM systems and other sales software is a plusPrevious experience in a sales or B2B environment is beneficial
