POSITION: Material Handler
LOCATION: Toms River
SHIFT: 8:30am-5pm Monday-Friday
Hourly Rate: $19 plus quarterly bonus
PTO: 80 hours vacation, 40 hours sick, 10 paid holidays

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Stock and monitor production areas, spotting shortages and moving inventory to meet daily shipment needs.
Consolidate warehouse inventory to keep space ready for the next day's production.
Load and unload trucks and review shipping documentation to keep order pickers working without interruption.
Pick and deliver Material Requirements Lists for Molding and Assembly.
Perform cycle counts and month-end inventory.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor.
Support the Receiving function, including scale counts and repackaging
Maintain a clean, organized warehouse (trash removal, pallet disposal, general housekeeping).
Actively contributes to team problem-solving and process improvement efforts.
Requirements:
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
High school diploma or GED, or 1-3 months of related experience/training (or equivalent combination)
Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions and procedures.
Solid basic math skills.
Strong problem-solving ability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Valid forklift driver's license required. We will train and certify.
Physical Requirements
Regularly stand, walk, and use hands/arms to reach, handle, and feel
Frequently sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch
Lift/move up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs frequently
Good vision, including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception
Work Environment
Fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing setting
Occasional exposure to vibration
Frequent loud noise levels (hearing protection may be required)
