Consolidate warehouse inventory to keep space ready for the next day's production. Load and unload trucks and review shipping documentation to keep order pickers working without interruption. Pick and deliver Material Requirements Lists for Molding and Assembly. Perform cycle counts and month-end inventory. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor. Support the Receiving function, including scale counts and repackaging Maintain a clean, organized warehouse (trash removal, pallet disposal, general housekeeping). Actively contributes to team problem-solving and process improvement efforts. Requirements: WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: High school diploma or GED, or 1-3 months of related experience/training (or equivalent combination) Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions and procedures. Solid basic math skills. Strong problem-solving ability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Valid forklift driver's license required. We will train and certify.
