The Industrial Engineer will analyze existing production and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting time and motion studies, mapping workflows, modeling processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in manufacturing and operations. The role will also involve implementing lean methodologies, developing standard operating procedures, monitoring key performance indicators, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The Industrial Engineer will work closely with stakeholders to ensure changes are practical, cost-effective, and aligned with business objectives.Qualifications Strong foundation in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering, with experience applying engineering principles to optimize operations.Proficient Analytical Skills to collect, interpret, and present data for process evaluation and decision-making.Effective Communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across teams.Demonstrated experience in Process Improvement, including lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering field (or equivalent practical experience).Proficiency with process modeling, data analysis, and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab, or similar software); experience with CAD or simulation tools is a plus.Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a hybrid environment with both on-site and remote collaboration.Familiarity with manufacturing environments, operations management, or supply chain processes is beneficial.
