Software EngineerThe Enterprise Applications team is seeking a Software Engineer to help build high-visibility, enterprise capabilities that support our diverse software landscape. There is a strong emphasis on full-stack development, specifically.NET, React, and Message Systems. As a key contributor to our enterprise technology platform, you'll help drive business value through modern architectures, emerging technologies, and enabling capabilities. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values craftsmanship, innovation, and the creation of best-in-class experiences for our engineering community. The position can be based in West Bend, Madison, or Appleton.External applications will be accepted on a rolling basis while the position remains open.Responsibilities & Qualifications:.NET & REST expertiseMicroservices experienceReact & React HooksFamiliarity with API specification and practicesAutomated unit, integration, and regression testingCI/CD pipelines to build, test, deploy and release code to the cloudContinuous advocacy of technical craftsmanship and preferred/best practicesReview and oversight of peer proposals and solutionsPractical experience with one or more of the following:Enterprise AI/LLM Engineering (Prompt Engineering, Semantic Kernel, MCP, RAG, etc.)Cloud experience (Microsoft Azure preferred)Event driven design. (Azure Service Bus / NServiceBus)Salary range for this position is $96,842 - $121,053. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
