The Project Manager, Power BI and reporting will coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget. Requires people and resource management through others; part of cross-functional team required to complete the project. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards to provide real-time insights and other key performance indicators to help identify areas of improvement across our operations team.Sponsorship, in any form, is not available for this position.Location: Remote, USWhy You Want To Work On This TeamOpportunity to work cross functionally to solve complex problems.This is a new position where you will have the autonomy to figure out how this role best supports the organization.You will be working on a team that will directly impact the success of Availity! To Be Qualified For This Position You3-5 years of experience in IT Program or Project Management.Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related discipline or 3 years of Project Management experience in lieu of a degree.Experience managing a variety of projects that vary in size.Strong interpersonal skills; proven experience working as both a leader and member of a team.Experience with any Project Management tools to maintain project plans.Must have Proven experience in process improvement, leading and facilitating internal projects.Must be able to see the big picture; understand project objectives and be able to apply understanding of how processes should work to improve operational outcomes.Must have excellent presentation skills with solid communication capabilities and practices, both oral and written.Must have Strong interpersonal capabilities and ability to work cross-functionally with other leaders on sensitive and/or emotional issues.Should be a self-starter, driven by a standard of excellence.Have proficiency in Salesforce, Power BI and Microsoft Excel with experience in creating complex reports and dashboards.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.You Will Set Yourself Apart WithPMP CertificationHealthcare Technology experiencePower BI experienceYou Will BeOrganizing, leading and facilitating process improvement projects across multiple teams within Operations.Leading cross-functional teams through all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial planning and requirements gathering to execution, delivery, and post implementation support.Building and nurturing strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing strategic guidance, fostering collaboration, and delivering exceptional customer service.Identifying potential risks and developing proactive migration strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure successful outcomes.Staying abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory changes in the healthcare industry, contributing insights and expertise to drive though leadership and innovationManaging project budgets, monitoring project progress, and establishing deadlines.Providing status updates and presenting relevant information to the project team to include Senior/Executive Leadership.Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards to provide real-time insights and other key performance indicators.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable reporting solutions where applicable.Assisting in the creation and maintenance of reports, reviewing data trends, and identifying areas for improvement.Performing other duties, projects, or activities as specified by their management.Availity Culture And BenefitsAvaility is a certified “Great Place to Work”!
