Bookkeeper
I am looking to hire a full-time Bookkeeper/Office Manager for a reputable company here in New Berlin, WI (53151). This role will be permanent and is looking to interview/start immediately. Pay: $55,000 - $65,000 + Benefits Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, 401k, Tuition, PTO, Holidays, etc. Schedule: M-F, 7am – 3:30pmRemote: No, 100% onsite Job Responsibilities: Position includes but not limited to A/P, A/R, Payroll, Sales Tax Reporting, Bank Deposits, Enter and code all invoices to be paidReceive and enter customer paymentsAudit Cash Drawer ReportsWeekly Task Include but are not limited to:Export Time Clock Report to Payroll SpreadsheetMonitor Recurring payments and Long-Term BillingMonthly Tasks Include but are not limited to:Reconcile Bank and Credit Card Accounts Qualifications: Experience in QuickBooks Online is required
