Job Title: Civil Project ManagerJob Location: Palmer, TX + Midland, TX (Two Seperate Openings)Base Salary: $100K-$140KRequirements: 5+ years of project management experience on industrial site development and DOT projects.Position Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee and manage large-scale civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and regulations.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project, mitigating risks and ensuring project success.Prepare and present project reports and documentation to stakeholders and upper management.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.Proven experience as a Project Manager in heavy civil projects including excavation, water, sewer, and industrial site development.Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements.BenefitsMedicalVisionDental401(K)BonusAnd More!
