Technical Program Manager

Job OverviewPay Range: $50.00hr - $55.00hrRequirement/Must Have7+ years of experience.Experience in managing technical programs that require collaboration among multiple, cross-functional groups.Proven experience independently leading and managing end-to-end projects and programs.Familiarity with processes, tools, and metrics related to project/program management and Agile (Scrum) Methodology.Experience in building rapport with stakeholders and presenting complex ideas in a comprehensible manner.Experience in managing project deliverables and providing regular status reviews.Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and lead others across all levels of the to communicate concisely and with confidence with senior leadership.ResponsibilitiesLead sophisticated and large scale cross-team, cross-functional initiatives by collaborating with engineering managers and engineers.Estimate work efforts, define achievements, and handle resources.Ensure alignment of technical programs with strategic objectives.Track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate and mitigate risks, and communicate status to management and stakeholders.Set up and lead governance, track timeline and milestone achievement, and ensure adherence to program standards.Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate techniques.Forecast, create, and manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure program financial health.Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across technical, operational, and strategic domains.Develop successful partnerships with engineering, product, and program stakeholders across the internal stakeholders and help align their procedures with new changes.Manage organization communication on the roadmap, upcoming changes, and value propositions.Provide key outward status updates on metrics, program status, and other with all necessary team members including members of senior leadership.Identify areas for process improvements and drive optimization efforts to increase efficiency.Create business cases, Project Charters, Project Plans, RACI matrices, and other essential planning tools.Focus on Planning, Tracking, Reviewing, and Process Management across all programs.Participate in global engineering leadership meetings as a key program detailed updates in support of leadership reviews and strategic planning sessions.SkillsProgram Management.Project Management.Agile Methodology.Scrum.Risk Management.Budget Management.Resource Planning.Process Charter.RACI Planning.Qualification And EducationDemonstrated ownership and accountability for all program aspects.Ability to engage and energize project teams to achieve ambitious goals.
