We work directly with parts shops, truck centers, and equipment shops to deliver high-quality parts. We are a small, execution-focused team — no corporate layers, no micromanagement. If you perform, you grow with us. What You’ll Do This is a hands-on sales role focused on building relationships and closing deals. Core Responsibilities Prospect and reach out to new B2B customers Follow up with existing and past customers to generate repeat business Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into orders Build and manage your own pipeline of leads Track activity and deals using CRM or internal tools Coordinate with internal team on pricing, availability, and fulfillment What Success Looks Like Consistent outreach (calls, texts, emails, and/or visits) Growing book of business and repeat customers Meeting and exceeding monthly revenue targets Building long-term customer relationships Who We’re Looking For 1+ years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups Strong communication and persistence Self-driven and results-oriented Organized and able to manage multiple accounts Bonus (not required): Experience in automotive, truck parts, or industrial equipment Existing network in trucking or repair industry Compensation $45K base + 5% commission on revenue + new account acquisition bonus (up to $850 per account) Uncapped earning potential — high performers can scale income quickly. Flexible start option available: candidates may begin with an hourly + commission structure (20–30 hrs/week) during an initial ramp period, with transition to full-time base + commission based on performance.
